Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, has got a clean chit from the Bombay High Court in the drugs case.

When Aryan Khan was arrested in the drugs case, his passport was confiscated by the Narcotics Control Bureau. Now Aryan Khan has moved the NDPS court to get his passport back.

Aryan Khan has filed a petition in NDPS court to take back his passport from NCB. Hearing this petition, the court on Thursday ordered the NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) to file its reply in this matter.

The NDPS court has fixed July 13 for hearing the matter along with directing the NCB to file its reply.

Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB in early October last year in the high-profile drugs case, but the probe agency did not name him as an accused in the chargesheet filed in May.

NCB had released Aryan Khan and five others due to lack of sufficient evidence.

When Aryan Khan got bail, he submitted his passport in the court under the conditions of bail.

On Thursday, he filed an application in the special court through his lawyers, seeking the return of the passport citing the charge sheet, which does not name him.

24-year-old Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB last year after a raid on a Goa-bound cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. Aryan Khan spent more than 20 days in jail before being granted bail by the Bombay High Court.
