State government's Dhanteras gift to employees, huge increase in DA, order issued, payment from the month of November, up to Rs 48000 will come to the account

 

DA Hike, Employees DA Hike, DA Arrears: The state government has issued orders to increase the dearness allowance of employees and employees of aided educational institutions. The increase will be applicable with retrospective effect from July 1, 2023. According to the new structure, salaries will be paid to the employees from November. The arrear amount of 3 months will also be paid to them in lump sum.

Orders issued to increase dearness allowance
Goa Government has issued orders to increase the dearness allowance of its employees and employees of aided educational institutions. An order for this has been issued on 9 November. They will now be provided dearness allowance at the rate of 46% instead of 42% of the basic salary. Will be implemented from July 1. Instructions have been given to pay the dues of 3 months together.

Last month, the union had demanded from the government an increase equal to that of central government employees. After which now the state government has also adopted the increase for its employees. The office memorandum issued by the Under Secretary Finance said that according to the new structure, salaries will be paid to the employees from November. The dues for the months from July to October will also be paid together.

Last month, the Central Government had also increased the salary for its employees from 42 to 46%. After this, orders were also issued by the Goa government to increase the dearness allowance of its employees. Dearness allowance will be paid on basic salary. In such a situation, an increase of Rs 8000 will be seen in the employees' account. By paying the amount for 3 months, their account can increase by Rs 10,000 to 12,000.
