New Delhi: New rule for Aadhar card holders: आधार कार्ड धारको के लिए नया नियम जरुरी नियम को लागू कर दिया गया है, जिसके लिए सभी आधार कार्ड वालो को इस नए नियम को जरुर ध्यान देना चाहिए क्योकी इसके लिए सरकार द्वारा नई सुविधायुक्त कुछ UIDAI द्वारा राज्य सरकार की ओर से लागू किया गया है। आधार कार्ड बनाने की उम्र तो बचपन से ही हो रही है, वर्तमान मे लेकिन 18 साल या उससे अधिक पूरा होने पर पहली बार बनवाने के लिए आपका UIDAI द्वारा फिजिकल वेरिफिकेशन जरुरी हो गया है, जिस प्रकार से पासपोर्ट बनाते वक्त होता है। वही बाकी सभी नियम वैसे के वैसे रहने वाले है, इस योजना को UIDAI वेरिफिकेशन नही करेगी बल्कि राज्य सरकार की ओर से किया जाएगा।

The age for making Aadhaar card has been increasing since childhood, but at present, after completing 18 years or more, for making it for the first time, physical verification by UIDAI has become necessary, just like it is done while making a passport. All other rules are going to remain the same, this scheme will not be verified by UIDAI but will be done by the state government.

आधार कार्ड के लिए वेरिफिकेशन जरुरी
इसके लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा डिस्ट्रिक और सब डिविजनल लेलव के साथ नोडल अधिकारी और अन्य जिला मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा किया जाएगा। व्यक्ति नामित केंद्रों पर आधार सुविधा का लाभ उठा सकते हैं, जिसमें प्रत्येक जिले में मुख्य डाकघर और यूआईडीएआई द्वारा निर्दिष्ट अन्य आधार केंद्र शामिल हैं। सेवा पोर्टल के माध्यम से वेरिफिकेशन करने से पहले डेटा क्वालिटी जांच से गुजरना होगा।

ऐसे मिलेगा आधार कार्ड
SDM के स्वा पोर्टल के माध्यम से प्राप्त अनुरोध के वेरिफिकेशन की देखरेख मे होगा, जिसके लिए आधार निर्माण के 180 दिनो के भीतर पूरा किया जाएगा. अगर वेरिफिकेशन की प्रोसेस के दौरान कोई भी गलती पाई जाती है तो राज्य अधिकारियों द्वारा नामांकन रद्द किया जा सकता है।

पैन आधार लिंक नही तो रद्द होगा
11 करोड़ से ज्यादा लोगों ने PAN और आधार कार्ड को लिंक नहीं कराया है।  पैन को आधार से जोड़ने में देरी के लिए जुर्माने के रूप में 600 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक जुटाए हैं। इस डेडलाइन के बाद पैन और आधार को लिंक कराने वाले व्यक्तियों से 1,000 रुपये का जुर्माना लिया जा रहा है। अगर अभी भी आपके आधार पैन लिंक नही है, तो तुरन्त https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/pre-login/bl-link-aadhaar की वेबसाईट की मदद से लिंक जरुर करले नही बहुत सी सुविधा से आप वंचित रह जाएगे और बिना लिंक आधार या पैन किसी भी दिन रद्द हो सकता है, सरकार पिछले कई वर्षो से दोनो को लिंक करने पर जोर दे रही है।

Verification required for Aadhar card
For this, it will be done by the State Government along with District and Sub Divisional level Nodal Officers and other District Magistrates. Individuals can avail the Aadhaar facility at designated centres, which include head post offices in each district and other Aadhaar centers specified by UIDAI. Before doing verification through the service portal, the data will have to go through quality check.

This is how you will get Aadhar card
SDM will be in charge of verification of requests received through the Swa portal, which will be completed within 180 days of Aadhaar generation. If any mistake is found during the verification process, the nomination may be canceled by the state authorities.

If PAN Aadhaar link is not available then it will be cancelled.
More than 11 crore people have not linked PAN and Aadhar card. More than Rs 600 crore has been collected as penalty for delay in linking PAN with Aadhaar. A fine of Rs 1,000 is being charged from those who link PAN and Aadhaar after this deadline. If your Aadhaar PAN is still not linked, then link it immediately with the help of the website https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/pre-login/bl-link-aadhaar. You will be deprived of the facility and without linking Aadhaar or PAN it can be canceled any day, the government has been emphasizing on linking both for the last many years.
